Lynn told us about body parts and I’m going tell you. five things that help our bodies grow fit is food, water, rest, fitness and Oxygen. We learn one of the thing that help our bodies grow.every night or day every body should sleep 8 hour or more a day or night to get taller.
Another thing to keep us fit is water. For kids we have to have a class water about five to six class of water or more every day.But for people over 15 years old should have 8 class of water.
I really enjoyed it because it was fun. I’m looking forward to it next week.
