I use my brain a lot of time because! it help me think. Some time I think first before I say or do it may help  or it won’t help you. For example if you write an email to someone or comment on someone blog and it a nasty comment you did not think before you say or do.

When it comes to hard things I use my heart. Because when I have to lift heavy thing I use my heart. For example If something is to heavy I will have be strong brave to lift it up.

The time I have to be and  cyber smart is when I’m online. But when I’m in class I will always be cyber smart. For example I am online  and I do the wrong thing but when I try to delete it won't work.

Galatians chapter 6 verses 9 and 10. -10 So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith. We were learning to sew and it was so fun.

David Cross Country 2014

 Have you ever heard of cross country before? As I walk to the starting line I told  my friend that  I’m  starting to feel sick and that I would come last.  When it was time to run I ran fast as I could and I saw my other friend finlay fall down to the ground but I just ran.

I exited  the outside the  school ground . Once we pass all marshalls we reached the paddocks, I could feel mud squishing my toes.  I was at the pt England reserve. I started to walk a bit with my friend Angelo and and we were so puffed out that I never made it . After a while I started to run I started to run for a little bit then I began to jog then my friend Hosea caught up.

When me and ngelo were running  Hosea gassed it from halfway on the bottom field then he started jogging. Then I ran as fast as I could but angelo beat me. but didn't care because I ran for fun.  

My goal is for next year do more better than this year .Maybe I can try hard and then I could come 1st place .

David Nyika is an commonwealth athlete. He is representing NZL  at age 18 and he is a boxer. David Nyika was born in hamilton. He won one gold medal and I hope he will win NZ a gold medal again in 2018.

david's Life Education Caravan

Lynn told us about body parts and I’m going tell you. five things that help our bodies grow fit  is food, water, rest, fitness and Oxygen. We learn one of the thing that help our bodies grow.every  night or day every body should sleep 8 hour or more a day  or night to get taller.

Another thing to keep us fit is water. For kids we have to have a class water about five to six class of  water or more every day.But for people over 15 years old should have 8 class of water.

I really enjoyed it because it was fun. I’m looking forward to it next week.

What part did u like the most?On the 4th of July Pt england school on 5th saturday I went to the airport with my big brother james and his girl friend at 3am but my flight was at 4am.I went with my big brother name james and his girl friend.we were so lucky because we just got there in time.I went to Australia because my brother pays me a lot so he ask me if I want to go to Australia even his girl friend ask me to go so I said ‘’yes’’so it was just me my brother james and his girl friend. When we got to Australia in sydney we stayed in a hotel. it was fun because my cool bed room.I had lot of fun because we went to the mall for shopping. Then we had morning tea in our hotel that was too boring but we got to have lunch in a ferry that was cool.Me and my brother and his girl friend stayed in the hotel for one week. During our holiday we flew to brisbane. it was much more boring than Sydney. We did the same things in Brisbane that we did in Sydney. So we decided to come back to New Zealand on friday and I was so so happy come back. What part did u like the most? what I most favorite part about Australia was Sydney. It was a little bit cold over there.

Why swimming is improtant

Introduction: Do you know how to swim?Learning to swim is important.There are lots of reasons why it’s important to swim and I'm going explain three of the them to you. Paragraph Two: One of the reasons why learning to swim is important is because New Zealand has one of the worst drowning rates in the world in the water. 25% of children that don’t know how to swim 25 meters age 0-10. Paragraph Three: New Zealand is a small country that surrounded by river,lakes,beaches,ocean and other sea.Sometimes when people are hot in summer, they love to go for a swim. but some of them can’t swim like babies even adults Conclusion:Learning how to swim is important. If you don’t know how to swim go to the local pools near your house or your street for swimming lessons.

Have you been taught by an instructor before? well I have My instructor name is Carlotta she was the one teaching for the past week.I m in group3 at swimming.Our class went to Glen Innes Aqutic center.It is important to because New Zealand is surrounded with the tasman sea and other sea almost every day some people and little kid ground in the water. When I got at the swimming pool at 12:30 we have to get change into our togs. After that we went and had a shower then went and sat on the seat. And wait until our teacher called out the group then she said”group1 group2 and group3”we have to hop in to the pool nicely but if we don’t we have to get out then come back in. Once we were in the pool we got a board and Carlotta said’’ hand at the top and kicking to the end of the pool’’once one person was past the flag the other the other person go.We learn rocket arm our chin on our chest and when we brev we lift our head up and brev and head back down. After we finish most of the class hop out of the pool fast as and got change fast because we all want free time.Then we were all change we went back to school.
